If you would like to request account deletion or deletion of any of your videos for the "Generate Anime Video: NekoSnap" app, please include "Account Deletion" or "Video Deletion" in the subject line of your email to [email protected].
Your uploads are stored on our servers for no more than 90 days. If you request data deletion by email, your data will be deleted within 10 business days. If you delete your account using the in-app "Delete Account" button, your data is deleted immediately.
